I just wanted to write a review specifically about our interactions thus far with Claire, our property liaison at One Oak as she deserves one.

Claire's qualities and actions stood out during the rental process include her exceptional organisation, proactive communication, and genuine care for ensuring a smooth experience. She kept my partner and I well-informed throughout the process, clarified important details like the rent rate and key dates for peace of mind, and even took thoughtful steps such as booking the lift for our move-in date knowing that we had zero flexibility for any other day. Her proactive and considerate approach, combined with her professionalism, made the entire process seamless and stress-free. These qualities highlight her dedication and excellence in her role, as we cannot wait to move in soon knowing that we have someone like Claire to put our faith back into property managers....

Moved in several weeks ago, and I have nothing but positive things to say! Cameron the building manager lives on site, and he made everything easy, from viewing the unit to signing the lease. We had a couple of issues with the unit, but he worked with us to get these addressed/fixed quickly and painlessly. He also made working with the body corporate to get alterations approved, a pet approved, etc. very straightforward. The quality of our unit is wonderful, and the common spaces in the building are beautiful and well maintained. It's also a smaller building, which I prefer, and because of that the people I've encountered in the elevator all seem quite friendly and willing to have a quick chat. Definitely the best place I have lived...
