Never had bad experience with dominos before but this one was very horrible and exceptional. The store was a little busy when we visited, and we waited for a while however all other customers got attended and we were just waiting there for about a good 10 minutes yet we didn't get served. I had to finally ask the crew member set up for a delivery, about my order and then finally got served. We just took our order and left the store quickly as we were running late for the bus. After coming home, we finally had a look on the pizza and out of 3 pizzas only one of them looked okay but it was still the wrong order. Ordered for a Chicken Supreme with periperi sauce and got some burnt chicken pizza with no sauce, had a spicy peppy paneer but without the paneer cheese as my friend was allergic to it, they still gave us paneer, and butter chicken pizza which didn't look like a pizza at all. The only thing we got right and was soft to eat were the garlic bread. Such a pity! Never coming back to this store again. I wish I could give them a -1 rating if it was possible.

My experience at the Queen Street Domino's store was quite good! I ordered a value range pepperoni pizza with hollandaise swirl and the parmesan chicken wings. The pizza was fresh and it had enough toppings, and the hollandaise swirl was also just (an extra option which other stores never add enough of). The pizza was a little greasy, but that is expected with such a sauce made of butter, pepperoni, and cheese. The slices were also cut unevenly, but more consistent than other Domino's stores. The parmesan wings were really tasty! And I could definitely taste the parmesan, and even smell it once I opened the box. Unfortunately though, the wings were not hot, and not even warm, but were instead room temperature... The dine in experience was also well. A nice and we'll cooled restaurant, with plenty of clean tables and seats, which were all also clean. The rubbish bin was also not overloaded, making throwing my rubbish away much easier and clean.

This Dominos is disgusting. The staff there are feral. The ingredient line is so cross contaminated it should warrant a visit from the council. The only thing that seems to be still good with any dominos is the garlic knots. My pizza had a deluge of oil in it. It was not even cut properly and when i managed to separate a slice all the toppings slid off. The crust had no integrity. I ordered online it said ready at 12:25pm i walked in at 12:23 and they said it will take another 25 mins. Then old mate behind the register knowing full well he has my order from my previous enquiry, belts out a butchered attempt at my name. “KHALIFA” buddy if you had taken 4 additional seconds to read my name you would have said it correctly. Do i look Arab to you buddy? What on earth made you think that today would be the day an Arab would walk into the shop and order a pork pizza.

My experience at Domino's Pizza was very disappointing and to be honest it made my partner and I, sad and concerned that such a highly renowned brand hires employees with no customer service skills. On Monday night we decided to have a late snack, at around 11 pm. We made our order, sat in the corner and once it was ready, we started eating quietly in one small section of a table. We were not rowdy, drunk or messy. We just had one small pizza and were eating it quietly. However the person in charge came to us and screamed at us saying, you can't eat here. The restaurant is closed. Leave! As we were closing the pizza box and grabbing our stuff, he yelled again from the distance and made a hand gesture of leave now. I understand that the location of this Domino's pizza is in the city and surely some of the customers are at times very intoxicated, but this was not the case for us, a local couple that lives in the city, that was quiet in a corner eating. I approached the customer representative and shared my concerns. I said he was very rude and dismissive. I suggested he could improve his customer service skills and in the future communicate the fact that we cannot sit there in a more amicable manner. It's extremely sad to see that Domino's pizza has no care and dedication go into training employees, for them to deliver good customer service. The representative name was Dan. And unfortunately after an interaction with him, I can say for certainty that I will not be purchasing anymore Domino's pizza in the...

Common this cannot be true to write for a brand that I have grown up eating. Lovely pizza as always but trust me there is some real ethics problems with staff at dominoes queen street Brisbane city 4000 . They always charge you too much thinking you’re drunk. 3 days in a row they have charged me double . I ordered one paneer peppy pizza and a red bull and got charged 35 dollars 3 times 3 days in a row. 1 day I asked why is it more expensive in the outlet. 1 staff said it cannot be I showed him that I paid for 1 and he said yes but you had 4 red bulls . I said no way they accepted later and told that was by mistake. One day they put through two pizzas and gave me 1 I was charged 30 for 1 pizza . The 1st day I don’t know ow why but I was charged 35 only for a large cheesy garlic pizza. I only have my bank transactions as a proof and time can be seen. I never thought dominoes as such a brand would do it professionally. This mostly happens at...
