I really needed a massage, and while walking past, i thought I'd give them a go. In the back of my mind, I was afraid of spending money thinking chances are they will just hurt me. Filled in a consult form, which was great. But they didn't read it. You circled where you wanted to be massaged and cross where you didn't want them to touch. I needed a back and neck massage bad, so I circled the back and crossed over the legs as I had a knee injury. I also had the option to circle soft, medium, or hard. I chose medium. The first thing she does is start to climb on my legs. I asked her to stop. She was confused that I didn't want a warm-up by putting her whole body weight on my legs. Then she proceeded to massage my back so hard I would no doubt bruise and felt like she was going to break a rip. I asked her to go softer. She then went so soft that I may as of not bothered. It was flimsy. I asked again for a medium massage, and she went straight to super hard again. Went back and forth a few times - too heavy to hardly touching me like she didn't have an option between the two extremes. Eventually, I just gave up and went for the heavier massage. It amazes me these places that think we all want this super strong massage, going home bruised like that was money...

I realised after the date and time I requested had elapsed that I would not be going at that time. So I awaited your response for an alternative time. I got no reply, and followed up. Still no reply, I called the store who told me I had email again! I even offered to bring in the voucher and pay the extra $20 for a 60 minute massage!
All I wanted was some acknowledgement that I would receive a booking and to get that date and time, even if it was scheduled for 4 weeks away... I just needed some kind of reassurance I wasn't being ignored! Leaving a bad review on Google got a VERY fast response. Perhaps if you had helped me out in the first place as promptly.. we wouldn't be here.

They kept saying they will contact owner and got back to me , they never did now they are not answering the phone call . We booked couple massage session weeks ago and the service is terrible considering we been quite regular before , i really do not complain. The therapist massage my partner has 0 skills and my therapist aggressively massage me through the whole session , my scalp was hurt and scratched from her long nails. The other therapist who massage my partner has been gone for 10 minutes without explanation when i asked my therapist why he gone for so long , she aggressively answered not that long , walked off and started yelling in the hallway asking the other one to come back . I have complained to them 3 time and they have been completely ignoring me...
