The Glorious 5-star Review, Considering i hardly ever give these out something special must of happened.
I have never had Grill'd before and was asked by my girlfriend to get her order. so i walk in and am met by a waiter. great guy had only one interest in that time, to make my life as easy as possible. I explained the situation and he understood quick, i needed to feed a princess and he would need to help this Noob to do it.
So i read off the order i had in a text message and he responded filling in the gaps i had no idea about. i then proceeded to ask for a meal for myself. I'm a big guy and i have a huge appetite and i was on call for work so i needed the fuel. He suggested a burger and straight up no hesitation I went for it.
My order was filled with in 13 minutes, 2 burgers 3 sliders 1 share plate. Before i left i went to get the name of the staff member that made my life awesome. but the name i heard was "Henry" or "Kennith" (Bad hearing sorry for botching your name if i did) then went home to enjoy this meal.
Got home opened the meal, the meal had been sitting for about 15 minutes and it was still hot. We started to dig in and for the following 10 minutes all i could hear was chewing. Not a single complaint, no one having a problem, not even a single word.... It was so beautiful i almost cried.

ย ย ย Read more2nd Visit. Decided to give another ago after our first encounter went a little awry. Counter service well. No smile but seemed engaging enough and knowledgeable about making substitutions.
Unfortunately our burgers that were delivered to the table had been sitting on the bar for what seemed like minutes. And true to their waiting, they weren't hot.
Inbetween the table slats are absolutely revolting, covered in crumbs and dirt and rubbish. I have bought this up with a staff member in the hopes that they rectify this hygiene issue asap. This was not just one table. I looked at a few and they were the same.
Flavours of the burgers were all there, chips bloody brilliant as I'm sure many others would agree.
Please clean inbetween table panels. Pictures attached.
1st Visit. Me and a friend came here a few weeks ago and were starving for a burger. Lady asked us where are our masks, We politely retorted we had exemptions. She looked at us for about 2 seconds as if she was entitled to know what our exemptions were. I asked her a for menu, she threw her hand out to a table and said "there's one on that table". She then went behind the counter and started talking about us to her colleague, I know this because she pointed our way and they both looked over at us and their faces went blank when they saw me looking at them then quickly turned their backs.

My wife is a vegetarian so a great future option for us both. Arrived asked which plant based burgers where on two for one deal (as per bill board) and ordered. Staff member then said are you a relish member & I was like what's that ?, she explained I needed a relish app membership and promptly cancelled order. I was kind of shocked but understood that I hadn't read the conditions or fine print so I acknowledge that was my mistake. I ordered another burger so as to not hold up anyone. My issue is you could have just said hey mate download the app and pop back to the counter and we will look after you. The food was great but I just got a vibe the staff were no nonsense and not really customer focused. Thats cool and I totally acknowledge I should have known but the issue for you have is I didn't try the plant based and prob won't now and secondly I won't be back. I do all the work food runs for office as well as being a burger addict so I will just go else where the staff go the extra mile.
