The drinks were good. The customer service was really bad. If you don’t like customers, maybe consider other jobs? This is hospitality but customer service does not exist in this store.
Front girl who took order at the counter did not smile at all. Her face indeed looked really crumpy and cold like she is not happy to be there for her job at all and like we were such a burden for her. When I made an order, I had to say thank to her, not her saying thanks to customers.
The guy behind at the back making the drinks but was nosy standing at the front giving this girl an eye contact assuming us taking so long to make our orders. We needed to look at the menu and we went in a big group. We needed to gather all members’ drink order before we make our order as we did not want to make that girl wait for us.
Mind you, our order was huge we paid quite a lot.
He also did not smile or looked friendly at all.
After ordering, when I came to the counter to collect my orders. I asked the guy was my order correct because I asked the girl to swap an ingredient in the drink to something else for me. He looked at me deadly in my eyes and said it was it. I looked confused but he did not explain anything further. He then insisted it was the correct order. I asked again and he then pointed his finger to the very fine line down the bottom and that’s how he explained it to me. Very impatient. I was a paying customer. I did not come there to beg or ask for free drink or food? You should have said thank you at least or given a smile to your customer. Without customer, how can you two have a job here? I dont understand how a business I used to like and support has gone downhill with such bad service and attitude to customer? Maybe these two were tired but it was on Sunday and there were quite many empty tables...
Read morewhere is some good tea at?! right here at @heereteabrisbane 🤩🤤 situated outside Sunnybank plaza is Heeretea✨i’ve tried the one at Toowong before but hearing that they are under different managements and recently how they changed their name just proved that🤭i heard that the one in sunnybank was better!~
with such a huuuge menu, i had a feeling there would be hit and misses~ and we ordered one of both🤣🤍we got their passion grapefruit green tea ($7.5) and their brûlée milk tea ($7)
brûlée: 🥲🥴yeah this wasn’t it had about half of it then couldn’t finish it, something just odd about the flavour, wouldn’t recommend and won’t be getting again
passion grapefruit: now THIS🤤🧡incredibleeeee!!! very very rare places can do grapefruit well, i’ve tried it at a number of stores but the only one i found that can do grapefruit well was machi machi and nowwww i can add heeretea to that list!!🤩🤤so so refreshing and delicious!!! i personally don’t like the passionfruit seeds, so i just hovered within the middle where the seeds didn’t flock🤣🥳but wow, the flavour is on point, tangy and yum!!! kinda tasted like machi machi’s grapefruit slush, but melted and passionfruit added🤣🧡definitely...
Read moreHey there beautiful peeps. This is another one of the many Asian tea joints popping up all around the place.
This particular tea bar provides a decent amount of seating, offering the opportunity to sit down and unwind to a good book or socialise in the presence of good company.
It has the typical diverse range of teas, from cheese foam teas to fruit teas, bubble tea varieties and many more.
The tea bar is actually detached from the main sunnybank plaza shopping centre. So to get there, you'll need to walk out of the centre. However if you're only after tea, there's car parking spaces directly outside of the tea bar.
My personal favourite is the seasonal watermelon cheese tea. The natural sweetness and juiciness of the watermelon is refreshing, and is nicely balanced with the earthy bitterness of the tea. The add-on of the cheese is a bit decadent, but the salty creaminess highlights all the pre-existing flavours and mixes incredibly well with the watermelon frappe and tea.
Thank you for taking the time to read my review and I hope you continue to enjoy your food...
