If I could give 0 stars I would. What a pathetic joke of a store!! Went to drive in tonight, waited in line for drive thru for 10 minutes, there was 3 cars infront of us. The first car at the front was still at the speaker box. Thought it must be ordering the whole menu. WRONG heard a massive buzz and turns out the whole 10 minutes AFTER we pulled in they decided to come to the front and take the first cars order!! Second car goes through no issues, third car (car right in front of us) goes up to speaker box, there for another 5 minutes and then the buzz happened again and they got served. Which means they walked away and came back to take more orders. We pull up nothing for 3 minutes and then once we did order they didn’t hear us for another minute and we had to repeat our order. Get to the window they take our payment, it was cash. Then decides to tell us they cannot make our drinks we ordered why not tell us that at the box or before we pay? We got the other drinks and another girl came to hand us our food. They shut the window wish us a good night. We couldn’t go anywhere because the car infront was still waiting for their order. (Lmao by this point we wasted a good $20 fuel I’d say). A good minute later the same girl that handed us our food stuck a card machine out at us and said ($10.35) we said “you handed us our food and we’ve paid already” the girls repeated “no you didn’t” and we said “yes we paid cash” she then gave us the dirtiest look then turned to the other worker to ask her. Once she realised she made a mistake she’s walked off. Mind you our order she originally charged us was $11.85. This is ridiculous almost 20 minutes to half hour of our life wasted. Read moreDo not even bother. The last three times have gone as follows: Drive thru food5 min drive home, all food was cold as ice. How that’s possible i dont know. Ordered a standard 2 meals, 1 hunger tamers meal and a super stunner. Was charged for both but an additional $25 as the super stunner meal items were charged twice and separately???. I questioned this in the drive thru and was met with “that price is right”. Got the receipt and came in to the store to get a refund and ask if that was right. Waited over 5 minutes on a non busy night, right at the front of the cashiers and had about 4 staff members make eye contact and not ask what we needed help with. Just left waiting until a manager came over. They did refund us and had no idea how that happened. After those last two times I hadnt been back for months until tonight. Tonight it was again a simple 3 meals. Was asked at the window to repeat our order (2x hunger tamer meals plus another meal) Paid $62 and then was told the drinks will come. 10 minutes later we are at the last window only to be asked, by the same team member who we paid with, if we had paid already. 5minutes later she asked our order again, which was met with a “uhhh” and that we only have to wait for something small and to wait in the waiting bay. We waited for another 5minutes and received 2x incorrect meals.

Having to repeat our order a number of times is frustrating and then to be given the wrong order with such little care of its presentation and the staff walked away not giving us the opportunity to correct it. They didn't even have the one taking the orders ready to receive payment which can sometimes be understandable but there was a car in front of us... burgers were good which means kitchen staff were good but it couldn't make up for the slack everywhere else - cold underfill chips that were over salted, no sauce for nuggets, poor listening skills and time management. Not the first time either but this was enough to avoid Annerley HJs moving forward...
It's been 11 months since the previous encounter so we thought to give it a go again for dinner 6:57pm and almost identical experience as before - awesome kitchen staff, horrid front of house/ customer service. We did however get an opportunity for them to correct the order and the attendant went back, only to come back and give us the wrong order with such an attitude and disregard for the customer when the staff got it wrong - take responsibility. Not only did he provide incorrect instructions prior but was rude to us for following his incorrect instructions...As a manager, I would fire both in the booth, completely...
