Subway — Restaurant in Brisbane City

RUDE RUDE RUDE STAFF! I absolutely love the sandwiches, the problem here is with the staff that are extremely rude EVERY TIME, they don’t have any patience to listen to the orders, and I caught them many times rolling their eyes when I requested something. Unfortunately this is the nearest subway from my house, and I go almost every week. But after today Im really considering going to another one as I cant remember one single time that I felt welcome there. It was about 9:30pm, the place was quite, just me, but he still didn’t have any patience to take my order. When adding the salad ingredients, I had to ask to add more salad each time that I choose an ingredient because I could literally count how many onios, pickles, jalapenos and etc he was putting on my sandwich as it was too little. Im Subway client for years and I know that this is not the standard. Would be amazing if the staff receive a training of how to treat costumers, how to be polite and gentle. I understand that everyone can have bad days, but this was not the first of fifth time. So...

Did someone new make my order?? Seriously disappointed. Ordered 2 subs off of Uber eats and it was ridiculous how little of each serving I got. Are we trying to save money? What was the point in asking for carrot if I got like 6 grated pieces?? I had lettuce up like one end only. And tuna? What’s that? I couldn’t even taste it there was so little. The pictures honestly look like I’ve scraped it off. I’m still in disbelief how subway thinks this is okay? I didn’t understand that we were rationing our portions. It was a normal day out, walked into this subway happy. Then i saw him. Curtis. He looked at me when a slight grin on his face, growing bigger as I tell him my order. I finished off my order by saying i wanted my bread crispy. This is when I knew it was over. He walked over to the toaster whispering "ill give you crispy Mr", and proceeded to cook my bread for over 30 minutes. After the fire alarm went off his manager had to come in and take the bread out of the toaster herself. All that while Curtis was standing in the corner grinning at me.
