This message to the owner of this resturant. People are abusing your staff. You should do something about it. Only 3 people working on sunday night 9:46 pm. If you earning why can't you employe people. There so much pressure on that 3 people, comparing to orders your staff can't handle, that much of orders. You resturant need more staff. Please owner employe more people. Please do something about it. In front of my eyes, people abused your staff because there where so much orders and 3 people can't handle that much orders. Please don't save money. You should look after your employe. They are running your business. They are the very important part of your business. If you keep on doing like that. Dec28 - Being fan of Oprto burger considering the available during night, Travelled all the way to fortitude valley Nd Ordered spicy bondi burger and spicy oporto Burger meal with egg,

Order was delivered, we had our first bite and found out we are eating plain Pattie and asked the front house guys for help and the response was so rude Nd here comes the rudest chef straight away from kitchen showing finger at us and threatening to walk out of the shop and immediately he called a cop standing next door(all for a burger 🤔)

ALL WE EXPECTED WAS THE BURGER BUT WE ENDED UP THROWING OUR ORDER IN TRASH AND WALKOUT

Strange behaviour and cannot digest such disgusting behaviour from staff..I will never ever walking in again. Please stay away from this store WORST...

Disgusting and not worth the price. I didn’t get cheese as I requested and I asked for avocado which was barely a scrape. Your pictures show a different burger to what I got. You’re not world standard and my burger was not fit for a rat to eat. It was disgusting and soggy. The chicken was a joke. Disgraceful. You don’t deserve to be part of the hospitality industry. Wake up or find another job. Clearly management doesn’t know what they are doing. I deserve a refund. This place doesn’t have a high rating and the owners need to wake up.
