1000/10 recommend for a meal and CATERING. My favourite place to stop after work for a delicious, wholesome meal. The food is served at a divine temperature, serving size is perfect and the presentation is mouth watering. The customer service is spectacular, they have the best staff, extremely friendly, and helpful to cater to your needs, answer any questions you have. I especially enjoy their noodle soups and rice bowls, super filling and worth the price ๐คฉ
Was so delicious that I had to order catering for my birthday party and let me say that their food was definitely the talk of the night. Everyone was constantly coming up to me asking if it was homemade as it tasted so genuine, well prepared and made with love. When I told them it was from Rolld Valley metro, they said they would definitely ordering some for their next event. Just look at the assembly of the rice paper rolls and their delicious mini bรกnh mi, I mean if you were to choose anywhere for affordable, wholesome, impressive catering, choose Rolld...
ย ย ย Read moreWow, this establishment has absolutely NO clue on good customer service, absolutely appalling.
I attempted to make an order through Menulog and the order wasn't even confirmed.
Not only that I attempted to contact the restaurant twice and nobody answered and a Representative of Menulog also attempted to get in contact twice to no avail so that's FOUR times someone has tried to get in contact with this restaurant regarding the order I made.
The order was eventually cancelled by Menulog's system while the Menulog Representative was attempting to contact these guys the second time and a refund will be coming my way soon.
Judging by some of the other bad reviews here, if the Owners/Managers don't pick up their game on improve on their customer service they won't be in...
ย ย ย Read moreI bought a crispy pork banh mi. It cost $9.50 but it didn't live up to expectation. The 'baguette' roll was more like a hotdog bun: soggy with no crisp baguette crust. The soggy bread was soaked through with soy sauce. There was absolutely no crackling. There was no pate or mayonnaise. There was no pickled Lobok/Daikon radish. The only crunch came from am oversized baton of cucumber. The pork was dry and stringy. Its the worst banh mi I've ever had. It tasted as if it was a $3.50 salad roll. For $7 I can have a sensational banh mi in the basement (bus level) of the Myer Centre in Brisbane's Queen Street. I'll be going there next time. I'll never go to...
