As well as a vegan option in the form of the "Zen dumpling" comprising of shitake mushrooms, seasoned tofu, Chinese cabbage and carrot. But the real hero is the Pork Cloud which is made from pork, ginger with a shallot centre. So light and fluffy! The condiments on hand are a mixture of soy, vinegar and sesame oil or "Chinese Vegemite" which is a wicked little mix of chili oil and roasted black bean. So good!
