The Bagel Boys — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Sadly, the WORST Bagel Boys I've been to. I asked for the Teriyaki bagel, he took my order and asked if I wanted avocado, I said yes please. I got my bagel and saw it was the ruben. This happened to me once before and I thought nothing of it, just a mistake and I let it go. But a second time wasn't a mistake, so I took the bagel back and said, "I think my order was mistaken for another, I asked for the Teriyaki." He said we don't have the teriyaki and it's not on the menu anymore. I said, hmmm, "why is it still showing available on the board? (I also thought, and why didn't you tell me it's not available when you TOOK MY ORDER) and he said "I thought you knew that..." (what, LIKE I'M A MIND READER?) after treating me like it was my fault, he took down another order to replace and I waited to one side. When handing the order to the back the girl receiving the order glared a hole right though me, again like it was my fault, they exchanged a smirk and a giggle. (I just wanted to leave, I should have) My order got called and I was tossed a bagel that landed on the counter. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever experienced. I will NEVER waste my money at this...

the gentleman at the counter was so friendly, a cheery, chill guy and happy to take our order. Got an iced latte and the Swiss Pig bagel. coffee was great, i liked the sandwich however i got it on an everything bagel, (which is usually my favourite)and i didn’t love it. objectively the bagel is great, but there was distinct seed on it that i usually don’t see on an everything that made it taste like perfume kinda?
