NZN South Bank Best Ice Cream Ever!
Imagine a scoop of ice cream that transcends mere dessertāthis is an experience, an art form, a taste of heaven.
From the first bite, the ice cream coats your tongue like velvet, its creamy texture offering a perfect balance between indulgence and refreshment. The base is rich yet light, sweet but not overwhelming, with a smoothness that feels like it was churned just for you. It doesn't melt too quickly, maintaining its structure as it softly gives way to the cool bliss within.
Now, let's talk about flavor. Each bite bursts with complexity. The chocolate isn't just chocolateāit's deep, dark, and seductive, hinting at earthy cocoa notes that dance across your palate with every spoonful. If it's vanilla, it's no ordinary vanilla; it's fragrant and robust, with real vanilla bean specks that leave a slightly floral aftertaste, reminding you that this isn't a factory-made scoop but something crafted with passion and precision.
If you're into mix-ins, the swirls of caramel or the pockets of fudge are like little surprises in every bite. They're perfectly integrated, providing the ideal balance of chewy, gooey, and crunchy elementsāwithout overpowering the base ice cream. Fruit flavors are equally spectacular: fresh and vibrant, like someone just harvested the berries and turned them into ice cream within hours.
But the true magic? The aftertaste. It lingers just enough to leave a memory, but not so long that you feel overwhelmed. It leaves you wanting moreāneeding more.
The best ice cream isnāt just about the ingredients; it's about the artistry behind it. Itās about the precise temperature at which itās served, the delicate churn, and the perfect ratio of sweetness to creaminess. Itās an experience that makes you pause, close your eyes, and savor each moment as if itās your first taste of ice cream ever. A simple indulgence turned into an unforgettable adventure.
I recommend Sea Salt Caramel it is the best flavour in the...

Atmosphere: This place has light music always playing and a moderate level of conversation around. There are many people throughout the area, but not so many that you canāt walk through. Itās relatively clean, with the toilets and surrounding area being mostly rubbish free, though always slightly dirty some wet floors in the toilets and a few dirty tiles on the pathway, with occasional bird droppings nearby. On the positive side, you're greeted by beautiful plants and a nearby pond next to the seating area. Garbage bins are placed all around for easy disposal of rubbish, and most of the area is completely covered by shade and a roof.
Accessibility: There is mostly paid car parking available, with most of the free parking often filled. The area includes designated seating for people with disabilities and prams. Nearly the entire area is sloped, with no stairs, making it easily accessible for wheelchairs and prams. However, it may be difficult to find a place to sit and eat, and ordering can take a while during peak hours.
Service: There was an extremely kind waiter named Sai. She was very friendly, understood exactly what flavors I wanted, and was quick to serve my ice cream. The desserts were in good condition, with affordable prices ranging from $1 to $20 per person. Some...

I'm absolutely disgusted about today's visit when I bought 2 scoops for my daughter to be given the most minuscule amount of $8.40 I've cream I've ever seen in my life. I was so disappointed I phoned up and got the same lady on the phone š³ who told me that she had served me and that those scoops were bigger than the kids size even though it goes in same container and was tiny. So disappointed I'll be taking this everywhere I can and I usually never complain. I had to go to boost next door and pay another $9 for an actual real item that would actually full up my 15 yo daughter up. The explanation was horrid. Being a dual aus/ nz I really have enjoyed this shop but not today. The photos on the website look totally different. This shop needs shutting, that lady needs training. Tiniest little amount of ice cream I've seen in my life. Plus the three of them (yes the standing there doing nothing) were having a laugh at all the customers eating their tiny ice creams. Kid size is totally different to adult size container wise. Scoop size. You said you did the right scoops but not impressed. U won't stay open very long at all. Usually if anything like this happens you will be shut very shortly. Because it's a sign that...
