Zarraffa's Coffee Mount Gravatt — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Just doing this review because I was quite happy with the staff and their service, been going here for almost 2 years.

However, couple of incidents were enough to make me stop - I do early morning coffee in drive thru. All the staff apart from- A girl with tattoos on her arms is very unwelcoming and not a sad face you want to see at 5 in morning - she talks like she is doing a favour - kind of rude (if you compare to other staff who are always cheery and happy).

Also, more than 3 times I have been charged more for same coffee size and bean- 1 time I pointed she was like "Oh yeah - I charged you more, here take this coupon - Babychitto (I don't drink that)"..... I'd rather go to seven eleven next order other zarrafa in greenslopes opens 5.30 - even though the coffee there is n't same but at least you don't see an unhappy face. Let me start off by saying ive been here multiple times and never had an issue but today i feel that this needs to be said and addressed. Got a masai flat white with 2 sugars as a walk in. Staff were pleasant with no issues, the coffee on the other hand was absolutely boiled water with a small hint of coffee in it. I returned to the store and asked if they could remake to which they did. Upon trying the second coffee its the exact same bland milk water taste to it so decided to just cut my losses and head home. This place is awesome! I have been coming here since the second day it opened and it has always been a great experience. The coffee and food is awesome. The staff are amazing and super friendly. Drive thru is fast for specialty coffee and food place always get through efficiently while still having a great friendly small chat with staff on my way to work. Dine in is also fast service and super clean. It’s s a total vibe.
