I just waited for 50min for my Uber order($90) from this restaurant, something happened with the Uber app saying my order had been delivered when it did not, so I called the restaurant and the manager said my food was still there, he couldn’t do anything about it and I should deal with Uber. I asked him if I could report that order to Uber and make another order since it’s 9:10pm and I won’t find anymore opened restaurant, he said the restaurant was almost closing and couldn’t get any more orders. I understand you guys are tired and want to go home and that was an Uber problem, but this was an unique situation where I had been waiting for my dinner for almost 1 hour, maybe you could at least be a little more considerate and allowed me to make another order. We have been here 3 times now. The first time a few months ago was the best, the food was fresh and really hit the spot. It has continued downhill on the two subsequent visits. Last night, the chicken BBQ plate was dry meat; the bean salad was very watery from the beans and it spoilt the dish.
