Darren's Small Bar — Restaurant in Burswood

On the spur of the moment my wife and I attended Darren's small bar, it was Easter Sunday evening, we had not eaten so food and wine was urgent. The venue was pleasant and I felt the ambience of the location and the bar itself was great. We ordered a bottle of Pinot Gris which was served in an ice bucket, as it should be, and our table was well tended by the young Spanish student visa waitress. Sweet, hidden haven of Superbness. Can't believe they stopped doing dinners! (but I guess they weren't really getting many people, unfortunately) Whatever you're here for the staff make you feel very welcome and the food is simply amazing - Probably the best in Perth :) Really hope this place never goes out of business and I'm sure once the New Stadium goes up this place will be sprawling with visitors from all around...

Horrible experience - the owner, posing as a waiter, did not greet me at all. He just continued on with his tasks and then when he took my order, had no warmth or depth (horrific FOH attitude).
