If I could give NO stars I would!! I have had ALOT of BAD burgers, but NONE, THIS bad!! Please look at the photo and tell me if you can even tell me what burger this is?? Keep in mind it’s only slightly bigger than a slider!!
I don’t expect them to look exactly like their photos, but there’s a MASSIVE contrast, and this looks like just a bun with nothing in it!! At first, I actually thought they forgot to make it altogether.. then I opened it, and OMG!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!
The grilled chicken burger is only a very small burger to start with, but it didn’t even have a full piece of chicken on it?? That is NOT a chicken breast!! It was NOT even half filled!! The already tiny bun, (verging on a slider).. Not only that, there was one thin dry small piece of tomato and barely any lettuce and nearly no sauce?? Then add to that the tiny piece of chicken that was actually on it, was so dry I couldn’t actually eat it?? It was like chewing on flour!!
Sorry, but when someone pays that amount ($10)of money for a burger, then give them what they pay for!! Would you pay for this?? NOT good enough by a LONG SHOT!! I got an almost empty burger so dry it was INEDIBLE!!
I also got a bacon delux burger, also VERY average, same issues, meat was really dry and actually burnt!! Barely anything else on it and barely any sauce! ($11) down the drain.. All up I spent $21 on practically buns!! NOT HAPPY!!
They USED to be great burgers from this store, small but chocked full and juicy meat, full of salad, and plenty of sauce!! But for a while now, the last few times I have ordered, NOT acceptable by a LONG mile!!
If your main slogan is going to be “the burgers are better at hungry jacks”, then give people a proper decent burger, not a near empty dry inedible one!! False advertisement at its best!

It’s evident that little care and time is put into new, younger employees when training and guiding them through a high stress, fast paced food service job. I feel sorry for them, this is not their fault. This is shown through the comically slow wait times we experience every SINGLE time we visit this Hungry Jacks. In general, service is atrocious. I digress, this is not what I want to complain about. I had won a free large soft drink from the Shake And Win on the app. Due to these long wait times, my prize expired literally the second I pulled up to the payment window. The lovely employee said she would ask her manager if they could do anything to help me. She came back and told me there was nothing they could do. Nothing you can do?!?! It’s a large coke. One cup of coke. Losing this cup of coke was the difference between having something in my belly and going hungry through work, as I could not afford any food at the time. But the manager? The manager does not lose a single cent out of his pay roll. Whatever petty, self righteous, capitalistic reasoning he had to refuse me a drink after it being their fault that my prize expired in the slow drive thru line is beyond me. One would think that one human could be considerate enough to another to understand the unfortunate situation I had found myself in, but I guess hungry jacks managers are concerned about one thing only: licking the boots of Hungry Jack himself. Read moreThis store is meant to be open 24/7 for the drive thru. Their google hour reflect this as does their mobile app as does other sources online. So why is it recurringly unavailable in the middle of the night? They can’t even be bothered to put up some signage to explain what’s happening and when they’re going to be open again.
This is the second time in maybe five days I have put in an order in the middle of the night only to find the drive thru is blocked off and they aren’t serving customers. I don’t know what this store’s problem is but they don’t seem to turn off the option to order on the app when they aren’t actually open or utilitise the opening hours on Google to properly communicate whether they’re open or not. Their app also won’t tell you if they don’t have a particular item so you can turn up and half your order is unavailable and the whole thing is a waste of time and effort. On top of all this they will then process they payment of the orders you cannot collect and it’s up to you to notice this and call them between their limited hours of support and request a refund which then takes a couple of days to be processed.
Oh yeah and the outside and inside lights are all left on so you’re left thinking they are good to be open right up to the moment you try enter the drive thru.
The first time this happened I called them and they answered and said they were doing maintenance or something. Ok fair enough it happens I guess. When the same issue happened again approx five days later they couldn’t even be bothered to answer the phone. Clearly the exact same people are in the store doing god knows what as the same two cars are in the parking lot. Check out the photos
