I opted for an almond croissant and a rhubarb danish, both of which were fresh and well-executed. The almond croissant had a delightful crunch on the outside, with layers of buttery, flaky pastry and a sweet almond filling that was perfectly balanced—not too rich or overpowering. The rhubarb danish was equally satisfying, with its light, golden pastry base complemented by the tartness of the rhubarb, which added a refreshing contrast. Both pastries hit the spot without feeling overly indulgent.
The coffee was a solid companion to the pastries. My cappuccino was smooth, well-balanced, and served at just the right temperature—simple, reliable, and enjoyable.
