Sharetea Belconnen — Restaurant in District of Belconnen

I regularly purchase from Sharetea and have had great experiences at other locations. Today was not a good experience. While the drink tastes great as always, I had asked for less ice and the employee said she would give me as less ice as she could. When I got the drink, it was basically 100% ice. Additionally, I was attempting to use a gift card/visa card I hadn't used before. I have had some technical difficulties before and Sharetea employees at other locations would be patient and if the store was busy, they'd politely ask me to stand to the side as I sort myself out so that I can still pay with my preferred method. The employee here today instead rushed me and made me feel at fault because I couldn't figure out how to use the gift card, even though all I had to do was a quick google search to figure it out.
