Great little spot for a coffee or light meal. The Spanish custard tart was delicious and the spicy pork burger was great. Only feedback on the burger was that some of the pieces of pork were a bit big for taking bites. I ended up with whole bits of pork hanging out of my mouth with bites I took. I do also like to see a total come up before I swipe my card and I wasn't offered this with the payment square situation there. The chai latte and Tim Tam shake were great. Nice and hot/cold respectively, with good flavour. Service was friendly. It was a great stop and I recommend.

Edit: On returning several times, the matcha latte and turmeric latte on almond milk are also great - matcha particularly. The Brisket toastie is awesome. The service is faultless and genuine, and the drinks are always perfectly made 👌🏽 Great to have a flick through the paper when there. The atmosphere is relaxed and it's always busy but there is always a seat somewhere. The trees outside are lovely. The almond croissant exceeded expectations with a moist, sweet centre - marzipan I'm told (but wouldn't have guessed it). It was just perfectly distributed through the middle in a spread-like layer. Great to have warmed and just a little bit of sweetness - not over the top.

Edit: They are cashless which isn't ideal. I ordered a matcha latte on almond milk and ended up with a latte on almond milk. The girl seemed to focus on getting things done quickly, rather than focusing on quality. She was friendly and fixed it up upon returning and waiting again. It was reasonably quick but the downside was that it wasn't particularly hot.

Edit June 2024: The sticky date caramel latte had nice flavour but raw bits of date skin in every mouthful ruined it for me. Usually sticky date has a smooth texture as the date is cooked. The Nutella marocchino was lovely.

Edit June 2024: Coffee was over-extracted and burnt tasting today. I drank it anyway but also noticed another lady returning hers to be redone.

Edit April 2025: The biscoff latte was iced on the menu and they made it hot for me and without the shot of coffee. It was delicious. The matcha latte was nowhere near hot enough today but the staff member took on the feedback...

I usually enjoy visiting this cafe for my daily coffee and have had many positive experiences. However, during today's visit, I was quite disappointed. I ordered almond flat white and noticed that instead of steaming enough milk, the barista added hot water to the coffee. When I asked about it, I was told it was mixed with the remaining milk, which didn’t seem like the right approach. If milk runs short, a better solution would be to steam more milk rather than dilute the coffee with water. When I requested a remake, the response felt reluctant, and the coffee was handed to me without an apology. While I truly value this cafe and the quality I usually receive, this experience felt unprofessional and discouraging. I hope this feedback can be taken constructively, as I would love to continue enjoying coffee here with confidence in...

One of the many coffee shops in Dixon. Most of them are very good and this is one of those. It was humming busily on the Saturday morning when we were looking for a light breakfast, basically just coffee. Service was very efficient and the long black and tumeric lattes we ordered arrived quite quickly. The coffee was very good, string and robust and served at the correct temperature; hot enough to release the flavour but not enough to be bitter or scald the mouth. I've had many tumeric lattes at many places and this was as good as any. I like breakfasts were copies of the day's newspapers are available. Credit cards are accepted and disabled can access the place. There are a couple of...

I wanted to like this place. Perhaps I came at a bad time - 9:30 on a Monday, but out of uni season. The atmosphere was quirky and laid back. I had an apple muffin which seemed average and a mocha that turned out bitter. The lady at the counter seemed really annoyed whilst taking my order. It wasn’t as busy as the two other cafes we walked past, perhaps it’s gone a bit downhill. Parking was very easy and right out front.

Still the best Birchermuesli in Canberra. Coffee always good, service fast and friendly. Only downside is they don't poach eggs, only fry, but not a problem for me because I always get Birchermuesli. Update - as good as ever. Now with added mango! Update - steak sandwich is terrific! Another update: mushroom omelette is excellent!
