Delcicious Pizzas!

We purchased a 22” “bigger than Texas” pizza at $55, and 2 x 12” pizzas ( “notorious pig” at $18 and Garlic Pizza at $9) the night before last.

The service was great with a genuine warm welcome and you can see the humble pride of the owners in the newly established venture only a week young. It was a great vibe and beautiful people.

We even got to sample their delicious dessert while we waited for our take away - coordinated by another couple of customer’s dining there for the second time (Natella Calzone with vanilla ice-cream - yum!!)

The service and customer care was a clear 10/10. You couldn’t beat it!

The pizzas : 8/10 (the Cajun chicken was disappointingly dry, but other than this - the pizzas were tasty - and the garlic pizza was simply awesome! The fillings were fairly sparse - and we had anchovies added to 1/2 the 22” but couldn’t really taste them - probably as slices so large one would need an entire small jar to make impact - but the taste was still up there. I would encourage to use thigh over breast as it doesn’t dry out with double cooking like breast did. The dry chicken cubes on this pizza were not enjoyable at all.

Value for money 6/10. For $55 for a 22” pizza - it’s up there on price. New York Slice also have massive pizzas for around $20 less, but these are often not made to order (reheated premade in my experience) albeit more filling on top and still very tasty. There is no shortage of generic and Italian pizza venues around here - one selling pepperoni pizza for $5/pop so competition is fierce. $18 for a basic large pizza is also on the higher end , but then $9 for a garlic pizza of exceptional flavour was really good value.

I have given 5 stars as the food was high quality (except the dry chicken), it was definitely made with love, the taste was on point and the service and warm welcome was just lovely!

I really hope this vibrant little business makes it!

I’m not even sure this was meant for human consumption. The crust was so dry I considered using it as a coaster. It had the texture of stale toast and the flavor of absolutely nothing. No seasoning, no herbs, not even the faintest whisper of salt. Just a bland, barren wasteland of disappointment.

As for toppings? What toppings? I ordered a pizza, not a tragic bread circle with a smear of sauce and a single patch of cheese clinging on for dear life. I've seen more substance on a microwave tray.

Size-wise, this thing was laughable. It was so small I thought it was a personal pan pizza — for a toddler. If this is their idea of a “regular,” I’d hate to see what they call a snack.

Truly the most joyless meal I’ve had in years. Eating it felt like losing a bet. Don’t walk — run away from this place. Even frozen supermarket pizza would be a gourmet upgrade.

Response;

I’ve attached the photos and receipt of my order — as you requested — so there’s no room left for doubt.

Frankly, I find it insulting that instead of owning the clear issues with the food and service, your response implies I might be fabricating a negative review. That’s not just unprofessional — it’s a terrible way to treat a paying customer who had a genuinely bad experience.

I didn’t go out of my way to write a review for fun. I wrote it because what I received was unacceptable, and if this is “very different from what you typically hear,” maybe it’s time to actually look into what went wrong instead of jumping to accuse someone of dishonesty.

What makes it worst is I paid for extra topping as seen in receipt. Couldn't imagine what pizza I would have gotten if that's what you call extra.

The ball’s in your court. You claim to take feedback...

If you're looking for an unforgettable pizza experience, look no further! This place is an absolute gem. From the moment you walk in, the cozy atmosphere makes you feel right at home. The staff is welcoming and friendly, always going the extra mile to make sure you’re comfortable. The pizza itself? Simply outstanding. The crust strikes the perfect balance—crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. The toppings are fresh, generous, and bursting with flavor. Whether you go for a classic Margherita or something more adventurous like the signature BBQ chicken, each bite is a delight. Not only is the pizza top-notch, but their menu offers a wide variety of options to cater to every taste, including gluten-free and vegan choices. I’ve been back several times and each experience has been consistently excellent. Highly recommend this place to anyone in the mood for high-quality,...

This was one of the most underwhelming Pizza jokes. My brother and I made the silly mistake of buying 2 pizzas from here tonight to watch with the football. The sign out the front states.....Qlds biggest gourmet pizzas. The name of the store PI 22 A, insinuating that they sell 22 inch pizzas Behind the counter on the wall is a 22 inch pizza pan. The pizzas are expensive at 24 bux minimum. When we received our Tiny pizzas, regular size at best we were absolutely gobsmacked. What happened to the 22 inch , qld biggest pizzas? These Indian guys must be the new owners , and Im sure they are totally unaware of the misleading signs. Surely anyone walking in there is expecting the 22 Inc pizzas. Don't waste your money on these , tasteless, frozen ingredients and highly processed ingredients.
