The crispy pork Banh Mi is simply magnificent. When I took my first bite I thought immediately of my friend Frenchie who has tasted over 2300 Banh Mis in over 32 countries. He lives in Mitchelton and believe you me, he would have heard the crunch of the bread all the way from Southport. I knew straightaway this could be something special. The flavours were just dancing around my mouth like a bunch of drunk backpackers on Cát Bà Island and of course I asked for extra chilli. The meat is so delicious, the pate is absolutely packed full of flavour. The great Fremen leader Stilgar from the iconic novel Dune once said "Balance is what seperates men from beasts and without it we are but a hopeless rabble doomed to extinction in the sands of Arrakis." And what is clear to me, is that the man or woman who made this Banh Mi understands Stilgars thoughts better than most. The Banh Mi I tasted today was completely and totally in balance. The only marginal and hopefully constructive critique I would give would be to add a touch more cucumber and coriander. However, this is really nitpicking. Overall I highly recommend...
Read moreThe pho broth flavor was amazing, but the serving was smaller than we're used to. The coco coffee was mindblowingly good, I love the taste of coffee and this was phenomenal, I could only have a taste of my husbands as I can't have too much caffeine anymore for health reasons unfortunately.
I wasn't really a fan of their banh mi, we got the crispy pork and it was pretty skimpy and too sweet for my liking. There were no fresh chilies in it either, even though we asked for chili. Usually the banh mi we get at another spot is bursting with fresh herb flavor and pickled veggies with a nice slather of homemade mayo and sauce with plenty of succulent meat, but this one hardly had any fillings, it just had too much of that sweet sauce in it that overpowered the rest of the flavors.
The staff were nice, but there was some confusion with our order and they were a bit slow. We got our drinks after our meal which was a bit odd. Maybe it was an off night, as we came early (5pm) and it wasn't all that busy. So although we had a good meal, there's definitely room for...

Khang, This is my response to your comment based on your comments to our initial review:
Check your Cctv again, we waited at the table right in front of your counter on the right side for 20 mins on Tuesday 28 Feb 2023 from 12:55pm to 1:15pm just for 2 measly bread rolls. Only when we saw that you brought out the food for people who came AFTER us that we enquired where our food was. Your staffs were oblivious and did not know what happen to our order! These are the signs of incompetency and obviously far too slow and you would not survive as a business in Sydney.
We are professional people from Sydney and do not give poor reviews unnecessarily, you said that we “behaved inappropriately towards your staffs, as evidenced from your CCTV” , you better have the footage ready, as we can get our lawyer to sue you...
