I was curious about where all the good reviews for this place were coming from because our experience was far from what we expected.

We ordered two burgers, and both arrived cold and half-uncooked, with the brioche bun also cold. It tasted like a frozen patty that had been microwaved rather than freshly prepared. 😵‍💫

Speaking of service, the three staff members were more engaged with their phones than with customers. They didn’t acknowledge us for five minutes, leaving us to complete our order via QR code with no guidance. When the beer finally arrived, it was terribly poured—something I’d expect from a beginner, not from a professional establishment.

With zero customers on a weekend, you’d think the staff would be more attentive or at least show some enthusiasm for their work.
