I have no idea who served them or what the other reviewers ate here. Maybe the business has changed hands or I just got the B team tonight. I have to say I bought 2 completely different pizzas (Monday 6th Feb) They somehow came out looking and tasting much the same. Firstly possibly the worst pizzas we’ve had. Frozen pizza standard here I waited and waited at the counter. Had to yell out for service. Other customers came also and again we had to call out for their service. Staff busy chatting out the back one girl sitting on the work bench. The two pizzas were basically the same looked the same tasted the same. Personally one of the worst customer facing experiences my family has had for ages. Possibly the gluten free one I ordered was a frozen base, I’m guessing this is why A: it took so long and B: Why the standard base one was served no longer hot. Watching her slice it was torture ! Cut once then walk away for some reason I’m watching my pizza go cold, back now to finish the assault. They were not busy no one came out and cleared the tables whilst we waited for our takeaway, what a shambles. Somebody please take over this business and save it. If I could give less stars I would. This pizza place used to be great. The topping used to be great, the pasta used to be great, staff was friendly, quick and efficient. Last night 27th Feb 2023. Although we were first, the waiting time exceeded 30 minutes the girl at the counter could not understand instructions on how we wanted our pizza. My wive's pizza was not what she ordered, when we complained and there was an attempt to rectify the issue, it came back with yellow rocket, and exactly four meager slices of prosciutto on it and no shaved parmesan cheese. We are definitely not going there again, people left as they were waiting to order and no one was there to serve them at the counter a couple we noticed were waiting around for almost an hour, we noticed the workers purposely not answering the phone. The old owner known affectionately by Gordon Ramsay no longer owns this place, now there are a couple of children running the place and the owner is nowhere to be found not even for a complaint. As locals we are going to find another place for pizza. Overall experience.. .disgusting....

This has to be the worst experience we have ever come across. Ordered dinner via their online website, for delivery. Money taking from account. About 6 uber drivers later 50 minutes of waiting, I received a message stating the order is being cancelled. I called the restaurant who were absolutely rude and stated they have now received my order (do I still want it? It will be about 15 minutes). And they don’t know if the Uber driver will wait to collect it. 2 hours later another message from Uber stating they aren’t making the order as payment has been made. Although the funds have be taken from our account, notification via text message from restaurant stating we have paid and thanking us for our order. Tried calling the restaurant multiple times with no answer. Still no food, and money taken from our account. Would not recommend due to service, the way they speak to you over the phone, taking money out of our accounts and nothing...
