The rating is reflective of the food and service alone. We are a family of 6, and we spent nearly $200 ($196) on dinner, only to be met with average service based on our experience alone. I will give credit to where credit is due, and as foodies, my wife and I believe that the food was to a high level of satisfaction. The portion sizes, the balance of flavours, ratio of meat to veges, all down to the taste and consistency, all very well done and a credit to the chef. However, there was a breakdown in communication somewhere, as we had requested 3 times for a 2nd jug water which never came, considering we had spent nearly and hour dining, compounded with the fact that there were 4 children. When a table behind myself, asked for a jug of water, and received it before us, after we had waited for over 20 minutes for one, this ruined what could have been a fantastic food experience. As a Manager myself, a high paying customer, is a priority value to the business, so the quicker you can meet the hospitality and needs of the customer, the quicker you can get a quick turn around in clients, WITHOUT sacrificing the quality and standard of the service. Read moreWe were a group of friends travelling from interstate to have a reunion in the GC and we decided to order Thai from Chopraya, using A third part food delivery. We order papaya Salad; Penang Curry and Coconut rice amongst other things. The total bill was just under $100.
The food quality and quantity both were suboptimal 😖 nevertheless the highlight was that we found a bug in the coconut rice.
I called them immediately and left them a voicemail to call back ASAP regarding a contamination in the food. 24 hours later no phone call so I called back again to report the issue and Bob (the chef) was unbelivable unfriendly. Instead of assisting and offering a replacement - he suggested that I bring the food which we threw in the garbage bags, to bring the garbage to him. He refused to refund our food or offer an alternative.
Please stay away from this restaurant - it will wreck your appetite, serve you food with bugs and offer you no assistance to resolve the matter. Overall a very disappointing experience. We lost our money, we lost our appetite and we experienced such a horrible customer service.

They accepted my order online( must be auto), then I received a email @ 12:30pm said they received my order, then when I went to the restaurant @ 1pm, they were closed as you see attached photo. I paid online and they accepted. What’s going on??? I rand them but no answer, their email address is invalid. I had to go to get my food @ another Thai restaurant right next door. Luckily they gave me great service and good food. I quickly contacted their online Merchant JJ Eatsonline and they sent me a refund receipt otherwise I was going to submit a dispute to my bank. This restaurant is absolutely terrible and I can’t trust. I regularly stay @ hotel for business located right opposite this restaurant but of course I’ll never go to this restaurant again and if I want thai food, I’ll stick to the other restaurant just few steps from them.
