You will not find better coffee, food and people then those that make up Olive coffee.. period! You are always welcomed by an amazingly happy team that constantly go out of their way to deliver great service. (regardless of how busy it is) The food is a perfect mix of sweet treats, filling toasties/croissants and a perfect little menu of super fresh breakfast bites (try the avo on toast, you won't believe how good something so simple can taste! (speaks to the quality of ingredients Olive must use) Lastly and most importantly the COFFEE is EVERYTHING!!! Not just the great beans they use but the attention to detail making each cup (I seriously watched one of the brilliant olive crew discard 2shots as the grind/pull wasn't perfection. I love that they won't serve anything less then perfect!

Do yourself a favour and visit Olive you will not regret it!

Ps. They are dog friendly also which is...

Upon arrival, there was no greeting at all. I ordered an almond cappuccino, but it tasted like water. When I asked about the missing chocolate powder, they came to my table and sprinkled it in front of me, which I found really rude. The foam wasn't cappuccino foam but flat white foam. Additionally, I ordered a coffee called "Magic," but I received a latte. They took the order even though they didn't know how to make "Magic." The service was the worst, from basic manners to the taste of the coffee. Thankfully, the food was delicious. However, I also saw them pointing fingers at other Asian customers who couldn't speak English well. The service mentality was truly the worst. I visited on August 5th around 1 PM, and I have no plans to return. It wasn't even a busy time, and there was no rush of orders. Despite the relaxed situation, the blonde barista was...

What a beautiful little space off the beaten path of what's left standing in the Gold Coast Surfers Paradise Boulevard. No competition at all in little strip nowadays. Lovely interior decor to keep it sweet and clean. Good coffee and great selection of food. Fresh pastries and enough food & drinks options to keep you happy. Perhaps I caught them on an off day or like many other businesses, they're feeling the staffing crisis too. Poor ladies appeared to be under the pump straight up but who I assume was the owner, still keep the vibe upbeat and gave great service. I will unfortunately mention that Ellen may have been having a bad day but service was definitely average there, sorry Ellen. In the world of today, service is the final piece on the top of cake for me. Definitely be...

Was staying nearby, stumbled upon the cafe while looking for breakfast options and was pleasantly surprised. The staff behind the counter were friendly and helpful. I ended up trying one of their chocolate croissants, which was quite good - flaky and buttery with a sweet, nutty filling. The choco smoothie was equally good, very rich in flavour but not overly sweet. The cafe had a welcoming atmosphere, and the employees seemed attentive to customers' needs. Overall, a nice spot to enjoy a tasty pastry. The staff were personable, and the baked goods were high quality. I'd be happy to return the next time I'm in the area.

As a Surfers Paradise local, this charming little Cafe is a must visit for both locals and tourists alike. Strolling down on a Sunday morning, positive vibes, fantastic food and carefully crafted coffee (or hot chocolate in my case) awaits. I also purchased a brekky wrap which successfully satisfied my Sunday morning munchies! Offering both indoor and outdoor dining, this place is a hive of activity, particularly on weekends! Perfectly positioned about 30 metres from the Surfers Paradise tram station, accessibility is easy and convenient. Staff are warm and welcoming, ensuring a positive experience for all!
