Earth 'n' Sea Pizza — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

If I could give less that 1 star I would do so.

I had the Apocalypse pizza that was so tasteless I couldn't even eat half of it. The menu said it came with beef, to me that indicates that you would get either slices of beef or chunks of beef..not this pizza, you get over 1cm of absolutely tasteless mince. All the other ingredients were piled on top of this and to top it off there was no sauce on this pizza that I could determine.

It is not about not getting enough toppings on the pizza, if anything you get too much toppings. It's all about lack of taste and the 1cm+ of tasteless "mince", not beef. As far as I could tell there was absolutely no sauce of any kind on this pizza.

My son had the Heatwave pizza..and yes you guessed it..it also had 1cm+ of tasteless "mince", not beef. Yet another pizza that only 3 slices could be eaten before giving up due to lack of taste. There was certainly no heat on this "Heatwave" pizza.

Please do yourself a huge favour and do not waste your hard earned money in this establishment..at $33 a pizza, very dissapointing. I passed on my concerns to the staff and even though he was apologetic it was very clear that he did not care about our dining...

I have been a regular customer, frequently ordering takeaway from your restaurant and always enjoying the quality of your food and service. However, I had an unsettling experience with my recent delivery that I feel needs to be addressed.

The delivery driver from Uber arrived wearing a hood pulled down over his face along with dark glasses. Given that it was late in the afternoon with very little light, the appearance was quite intimidating. The encounter left me feeling uncomfortable, and to be honest, I’m hesitant to order again.

I wanted to bring this to your attention in case other customers have had similar experiences. I would appreciate it if you could ensure that delivery drivers present themselves in a way that makes customers feel safe and reassured.

Fantastic Pizza. I never mind paying if I get what I pay for. Earth n Sea did not disappoint. Crispy pizza base right to the middle, not burnt or overcooked, plenty of toppings (perfect for the price) and toppings go right to the edge. Good to see them not scrimping by having 4 inches of crust and a dollop of topping in the centre. Great flavours and frankly perfect. We had the Calypso, The Grecian and The Tropical Heatwave. Lovely friendly and professional service by Jenneka and it all arrived on our table promptly. Well done Earth n Sea. And we will add that it was the best pizza we have ever had. A+++ Only tip I'd give is 'name badges' would be great as the service has been positively mentioned in a few reviews here, and everyone says "the girl who served us".
