Finn Poke Pacific Fair — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

Visited on the afternoon of 12.06.25 and left thoroughly disappointed.

For around $25–$29 per bowl, what we received was shockingly poor value. One bowl contained only dry lettuce, while the other had stale, dry noodles topped with more dry lettuce. Both were served with tiny cubes of fish (about 1 cm³ each), and only one had four cubes of pineapple. There was no dressing, no other vegetables, and absolutely no flavour. To make matters worse, the fish tasted off, as if it was past its best. Each of us managed just a mouthful before leaving the rest behind—it was simply inedible.

The service was inattentive—our order was incomplete and only arrived after we reminded staff of what we had paid for, though they seemed more interested in chatting in the kitchen.

We asked about the 'fresh tea' we were upsold on our way out, as it was missing, along with the soup we paid for. And we were told to fetch the drink ourselves out of the fridge. This would have been fine however the lack of clarity seemed entertaining to the counter staff. This food was a complete waste of money. You could easily assemble a better meal with a supermarket salad kit. We had to eat elsewhere.

The food was by far the worst part of our visit. Save yourself the disappointment and dine anywhere...

Whilst this place is a healthy option for anyone in Pacific Fair, the food lacks quality and taste you’d expect at its price point.

They have an online ordering system that is convenient, but the time estimations to collect your food are completely inaccurate. I was advised that my meal would be ready in 25 minutes, but ended up getting it within 10. This means that if I had actually trusted the time estimation on the app, my food would have been sitting out for an extra 15 minutes for no reason.

The portions aren’t too bad, and I got more fish (salmon) than I had expected. It’s diced quite finely, however, so it lacks a moreish quality.

The customisation options are great to pick and choose exactly what you want. I would highly recommend including a dressing in your order, as the ingredients in the actual salad are completely unseasoned.

Even with the dressing, I found it wasn’t enough to combat the blandness of everything else - including the boiled sweet potato, edamame, and shredded carrot.

Again, it’s the healthiest option in the entire food court of Pac Fair, but certainly won’t be the yummiest, nor...

Located in the upper level of the new foodcourt near the cinemas. Inside dining available along with anywhere out in the foodcourt area.

Great menu options to choose from, just ask the friendly staff to help if you’re not sure! The fresh lemonade is one of the best & comparable to one I’ve had in New York! The food is delicious, great portions where it is just enough without over doing it & the food always comes out quite quickly!

Easy access for mobility vehicles & prams, high chairs also available wi to amenities for all not far from the venue.
