Standard of the food and service were ordinary and not to a casino standard.
In the line, you have to decide what you are having and pay up front. If you want to order more, you have to go in the line again.
You choose your own table and take a buzzer. When it buzzes, you pick up the food and cutlery yourself. You also have to get your own water from the bar.
We ordered chicken udon noodles soup which had no flavour in the soup or chicken. Very basic for $17, would not recommend. They also don’t have any spoons.
We also ordered some dumplings which were also overpriced and like any other place.
The soya chicken was nice with the sauce but some pieces had bones which wasn’t expected. We also had the BBQ pork which was also nice and were nicely sliced, with rice on the side.
The pork udon noodles were nice and flavoured with colourful vegetables.
Overall, it was ordinary food and overpriced. Not what you expect at a casino and at a normal restaurant. The service was 50/50, some were very nice and friendly, some did not speak.
If you have low expectations, this place is fine. But definitely go somewhere else for a better...
Read moreI’m not sure what kind of food is this, but I won’t call this authentic Chinese. Actually I would even challenge people to find a worse Chinese food at this price point. After $120+ for 2 adults plus a child, I didn’t even finish the dishes and went back to hotel room to open up a bag of chips. Kung Pao Chicken with 2 chilli signs has little to no chilli flavour and has mushroom in it… the whole dish is soaking wet and is luke warm. Pan fried pork bun, again is luke warm inside, the base is soft not crispy. I don’t really know how to screw up fried rice this bad, it virtually has no Wok Qi and look like a dish from an inexperienced home cook. Xiao Long Bao is probably the only OK dish, but to give some ideas here, similar taste compared to those ones from supermarket. Bubble tea tastes so watery. The list just goes on… The quality doesn’t match The expectations from a...
Read moreNot even sure where to start. The lady making sure everyone had signed in was very abrupt. You have to decide while standing in the line what you want to order. They don’t allow you to sit down & decide what you want to eat. Our combination bbq pork & duck with bbq buns were ready first. The meat was cold! A good 10 minutes later the chicken fried rice was ready. It was cold & the chicken was dry. When I told the waitress she had some guy come over to our table. He didn’t identify himself, just said he’d sort it out. When the food came back to the table, it still wasn’t hot!! He said the chef would re-cook the meat. I don’t believe anything was cooked fresh on the premises. It tasted like it was all pre-made & just being heated up to order (barely). It is also expensive! First & last… would...
