I had a great experience dining in at lunchtime today with delicious food and friendly staff! :))

Food was great with short wait time and good value (the portions aren't humongous but are about right considering the rising costs of produce these days). They also had self-serve miso soup which is always great.

I had one small hiccup with ordering the wrong thing as I misclicked on the online ordering. However, after mentioning it casually to the waitress, she was an absolute gem going above and beyond to make it up to us even though it was entirely my fault. Therefore, I have to say the service was fantastic!

I also got take-away afterwards for dinner after having such a great experience and they gave me a generous amount of condiments :D

I made a really stupid mistake and ordered online without even checking the time. After i ordered i checked the menu and saw they close at 8. I immediately called the number and the lady who answered was so accommodating even though they were closed, she said they will still make my order and it can be ready in 10 mins. I immediately had my bf rush to the restaurant so i dont keep them waiting. The lady said even if the sign says close, my bf can come inside and pick it up. They were waiting for him like they said. I really do apologise for not checking the closing hours. Im doing this review while eating and food...

I had a really bad experience. I used to eat now and then there, but I stopped all together as I found a live big worm coming out of my food. For my surprise the waitress, did not offered a refund but only to change my food for a new one .... oh no! Nor did the chef or manager apologised for the disgusting incident, that was a really bad customer service. I won't recommend to anyone to eat there, who knows when a bug, larvae or worm will come out of your food :( NOTE: why do I have to stop saying the true? It happened, I wasn't alone. So respect the experience...
