Zarraffa's Coffee Helensvale North — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

Just come through this morning on the way to work like usual, and it's not the first time they messed up an order or stuffed around my partner. We came through and ordered "2 tall mochas with an extra shot, no cream" and the girl in drive through asks "sorry what coffee was that?" And he repeats the order and she asks "is that a grande?" No... He repeats it's a tall and there's 2 the same. "Was that with cream?" No we said and there is 2 of those. She then asks "oh that's 2?" After it had been said 3 times. We get to the register and they repeat our order back to us and notice they only put an extra shot in one of the coffees. So they proceeded to then tip out some of the coffee and add a shot of coffee on top and hand that over. It was basically ruined. Good job guys......

Stoked with the service I received in drive thru 8.30am Saturday 24th Oct. There was a long line and I wasn't sure I had time after the poor experience I had the week prior at Oxenford (20mins stuck in the drive making me late for an appointment). There was a very friendly professional guy taking orders with an iPad in queue, I told him about my experience the week prior and asked him how long he thought the wait would be - he said 6mins. The queue moved swiftly and he was the friendly face who took my voucher at the register - it was 7mins from order to coffee. Very impressed with the level of service at this store. A well oiled machine during morning rush which I hope will be used for training...

I just have to give a huge shout-out to the incredible team at Zarraffa’s in Helensvale! As someone who’s admittedly quite particular about my coffee, I can’t thank the friendly staff enough for consistently serving up the perfect triple-shot ristretto espresso. The depth of flavor, the boldness, and the smooth finish are always spot on. It’s rare to find a place where quality and service go hand in hand, but you all nail it every time.
