I Just came from trying to order a simple pizza and received the rudest mans/person l have ever encountered. I made the mistake of saying l wanted a 3 veg trio pizza instead of a veg trio pizza (sorry if l am the only one to mix up pizza names and only order pizza occasionly !). The guys name was TJ aparently and the manager ! Or chef manager (whatever that means !). An over weight caucasian guy with dark hair and glasses. He went on to insist that the pizza was $27 and l said "no its normally $7.95. When l enquired why it was so much he said in the rudest toned attitude possible "you said you wanted 3 veg trio pizzas. And that when l said no l meant the one trio veg pizza with vegan cheese. But l also said l dont need any attitude. At which point he said "well l wont take your order then !" And began walking away. As l was asking for his manager he said "im the manager !" And went to the back and completely ignored me. Another nicer guy (of Indian ethnicity l believe) came to the counter after hearing me begin to shout expletives at this rude manager person...he came to see if he could help and take my order. He was hugely apologestic when l explained everything and offered to take my order . But as there was just him and the rude TJ person there who were making the pizza l declined for fear of having my pizza spat in or worse by this person. I just think if this person doesnt like his job or life...he should not take it out on a hungry customer just trying to order her lunch and go home. If he is still there l would encourage all to avoid this dominos. There is a shopping mall around the corner and Indian and Thai place next door with maybe nicer service. Words can not explain how angry l was at being refused an order just for asking him not to be rude ! You would expect that being patient and polite is part of "customer service" I will also send a copy of this to their head office if anyone cares. Because he shouldnt work there...or anywhere with that attitude. Thank you to the other guy who tried to help me and ease the situation...(sorry l didnt get your name, but l hope you will be comended ) ...but the damage was already done. Came home hungry and angry! I could have bought some food at the mall instead of waiting for that. And Ipswich doesnt have much else around. And l have ordered the same here once before and it was smooth...but all it takes is one idiot person to...
Read moreWhen I call to order a pizza, I am always put on hold. One time for 30 minutes. Another for 15 minutes. Very rarely do they answer within the first 5 minutes.
The worker's seem almost dead inside, they have a miserable attitude. Even through the phone they seem like they'd rather be doing anything else.
The food is honestly appalling. A few times I ordered some pizza's and they always manage to put an extremely excessive amount of cheese on them, it makes the pizza soggy and the cheese falls off when I pick it up. Cheese is good but too much is revolting, and the amount Domino's Ipswich puts on the pizza's makes it inedible.
The churros are good and flavorful, but I've continuously asked for two chocolate dips and I keep receiving just one.
The Dutch Pancakes are usually partly burnt on the sides and there isn't enough icing sugar on top. Nobody enjoys half burnt - flavorless food especially for the price you pay for it.
Also, the vegetarian pizza was good until you started putting those INTENSELY hot green chili's on them. If you keep doing that you're going to give some poor elderly person a heart attack. Those chili's are fatal. If someone want's chili's they should ask for them, otherwise they should be left out.
Price's aren't too bad, but that's only if you order pick up. Don't waste your money on delivery - especially when the food isn't worth the price you pay for it.

Had to drove all the way back( 20 mins drive) to pick up the fourth pizza and the manager was so freaking rude started blaming us instead when he should've clearly double checked the order before giving it to the customer. Never saw someone so arrogant. Mate, you work in the hospitality and customer service should be your number priority, if you don't like it just find something else. Clearly this isn't your thing. It's really not that hard. I worked in the hospitality over 15 years never dealt with any customer that way. You were so rude and angry. All you could've done it simply offered to remake the pizza. It was monday you were quiet as hell. Didn't have to be so rude and grumpy. Dude, find a job where you don't have to deal with the customers. We order from you guys two or three times a week but not again. Never going to order again. Dominos 10 out of 10 don't recommend it now. If I had option less than one star would be it.
