I would give ZERO stars if I could. I placed an order for delivery as I was 500m away in hospital. I ordered and it said a delivery of 8:10pm. By 8:50pm and they were closing in 10 minutes, I called and was told my food was still there. I called door dash who instantly just cancelled the order and then was told I had to ring the store for a refund. Well the rude, condescending staff they have working here is ridiculous. One girl started being rude to me because “she was the only one there and she didn’t KNOW HOW to do the refund” so that was my fault apparently. She then answered the phone saying 1 name and when I later asked her her name, she said a different name after I told her I will pursue this. I don’t u destined how this is allowed to happen. If I walked into a store and stole $53 worth of stuff I would be arrested, but apparently they can keep my money without giving me my food or anything. I would avoid THIS SUBWAY...
Read morePretty disappointed with my lunch choice today, you’d swear the filling put on my sub was directly taken out of the wages of the woman that served me , couldn’t have put any less ingredients on if she tried. Teriyaki chicken not a full serve, salad, had probably 4 leaves of spinach, the standard 3 pieces of tomato even though they were the smallest ever, 3 cucumber slices, small again, no onion because it just wasn’t an option today (no pricing or extra other salad concession for this) literally maybe 10 shards of carrot and 3 pieces of capsicum. Come on, I’m paying over $10 for this, keeping you in a job to make it, how putting some effort into at least making it look like I’m getting what I paid for. Read moreI’ve had a couple of disappointing experiences at this location. On my most recent visit, I was served by Dani, who was very rude and unprofessional, leaving me feeling unwelcome. A few days earlier, I believe I was served by Jacob along with a young lady with black hair. While Jacob was polite and helpful, unfortunately the young lady working with him was extremely rude and dismissive.
