The event was a great success, and it was made truly enjoyable, thanks to the dedication and hard work of your entire staff.

From the moment we booked to stepping into your venue the process was seamless and simple. The attention to detail and the effort put into every aspect of the event did not go unnoticed. The decor, the food, and the overall ambiance were all amazing. creating a memorable experience for all our guests.

I went there last night to have a drink I was wearing a dress too long for me, so I had my head down as I elevated the dress not to trip or fall. A female security guard ignore all men and chose me to target, as I quietly entered the premises, as being unworthy to being on the premises. She got another security man to suss me out and treat me like a criminal. He saw nothing unforeseen and moved on. I went to the woman security guard to question her victimisation of me. No decent answers were supplied, instead all security came bolting to give one female a hard time, including yelling. My partner intervene and said lower your voices and explain yourself. The younger male security said to me your are unattractive or ugly in appearance. They then called 4 policemen to remove me knowing I had left the premises. The 4 policemen arrived being deprived of serious crimes including domestic violence, rape, murder etc to deal with one woman. They saw the situation as crazy and express to me to complain about the security guards behaviour, and the one who commented on my appearance as being ugly. They were great and then they left. I don't want to go to this establishment again. I will inform all my friends of the behaviours of the security guards. Today feeling not good about myself. I have been bullied being a redhead. We have been regulars at this establishment for years, unfortunately after the way I was treated by the security guard named Liam who was on shift tonight on the 23rd of August, we will not be returning. This guy was extremely rude and condescending and thinks it's normal to get up in a woman's face and accuse her of giving him attitude when he was the one who was abusive when I just asked a simple question. No woman should ever have to feel threatened by a man, especially not one that this establishment contracts. Luckily the venue manager Gene was extremely helpful and apologetic on this individuals behalf. I would strongly suggest the security company that employed this individual should perhaps offer him some further training in how to interact with people. He has extremely poor communication and interpersonal skills and his arrogant behavior and demeanor needs to stop. If he feels like a big man for trying to intimidate women then it truly shows his true character. I will be submitting a formal complaint to both the venues owner as well as the security company who have hired Liam. This guy needs to drop his attitude and ego, get off his high horse and do the job he's paid to do, minus the attitude.
