Food is quite good but the service is so bad that I cannot give it more than 1 star. The waitress with the glasses was one of the worst hospitality staff I have met, talking to her was like drawing blood out of a rock. The menu did not have pictures so we tried to ask her for information on the dishes but instead she just gave very vague information on some dishes or straight up just repeated the dishes name with almost no other information. Interior is spartan, like a gulag; don’t expect the nostalgic Shanghai Bund but the Great Eastern Highway experience; a river of cars, Pub across the road and a rub joint next door.

It does pretty damn good Shanghainese food. Great place to experience authentic shanghai chinese food at a cheap price.
