Such a fantastic view!! However, the opening times seem a little ridiculous. Lucky we were staying at the crown all week but why do we have to wait for Friday/ Saturday night to see the views? Secondly, when you walk in no one to great you, no indication if you just find a seat and sit down or have to wait for staff. When staff finally come over and take your order they are very polite and get the job done. Cocktails/mocktail are good! However only a few sips in and we are brought over the bill to pay- clearly not allowed or encouraged to have a second drink. When we paid we asked to scan our crown rewards card- instead the staff member walked off. This made the experience unpleasant and we left shortly after. After ordering a round of cocktails was asked for ID for one of us - then they ordered it then they didn't - omg the Manager was such a contradiction - if you wish to exercise for responsible serving of alcohol duties - be consistent and clear. In the end they served us all - but what fun was the argument but very disappointed with the inconsistent service.

Oh yea and when we showed them a digital copy of the driving licence they questioned if we may have digitally altered it - mmmmmm.......maybe I should have studied a little bit more to understand how to fake legal documents...
