We had no idea what took us so long to discover this burger spot in Melbourne.
At first glance, it looks like your typical burger joint, but we were blown away by the flavours!
Their signature 300 GS (Single) comes with a smashed beef patty and other classic burger ingredients like lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and more. Everything was super crunchy and fresh—there’s nothing worse than biting into warm, soggy lettuce. We were also pleasantly surprised by how soft and bouncy their white bun was.
If you like your burgers with a bit of a kick, try their Hot Bird with southern fried chicken and chilli mayo. They weren’t kidding when they said it’d be dripping in housemade hot sauce.
We usually prefer skinny fries over thick-cut, but something about their fries kept us going back for more. They’re perfectly crispy and generously portioned! The seasoning was slightly over the top that day, but very addicting nonetheless.
The burgers and fries alone were more than enough to fill us up, but of course, we couldn’t pass up on the thickshakes. Both were delicious, but the Oreo one was slightly less sweet.

Read moreFood: ordered a vegan 300 burger with vegan loaded fries. Over all not terrible. Great portion size, texture and flavour generally was not bad. However, I felt like I was downing a bag of soaked salt and vinegar chips by the amount of vinegar I tasted in everything. Most of the sauces tasted vinegary and no sweet sauces to balance (need something like a bbq (which they don't have at all) or a mayo that is sweet unlike the one I got ( super vinegary)). The loaded fries were just piled with gherkins and red onion. Not the most pleasant mouth experience, however the red onion did provide a tad a sweetness to help balance the monolith.
Service: my man who served me was attentive, polite and very accommodating. Food came out quite quickly, was very happy.
Atmosphere: Empty white ominous space surrounded by scaffolding on the...

The burger was ok. A little cold and floppy. (300 Gram burger) When you come down to it, it’s not much different to a Hungry Jacks. The chocolate cake - dubbed as the worlds greatest, was a sugary, over-bearing and very unpleasant dessert. Sat on our counter-top uneaten in a house with two kids.
If you order the glass bottled soft drink online at $4.50, question them if they give you a can instead. The cans are cheaper and they’ll only refund...
