Al Saniour City View — Restaurant in Melbourne

As much it hurt me to say this I don’t mean any harm and I never do this but am kinda upset and disappointed ,Went there as a new customer by my self , to support meddle Easter restaurant as middle eastern guy , food was ok nothing special service was bad the only time I saw the waiters was when thy took my order and drop my order , I order 1 starter , one entree and one main all of them arrived at the same time and the restaurant wasn’t busy for them to rush the food so I had to rush my self to eat so the food don’t get cold , again food nothing special and in their mansaf it said it comes with special sauce I thought it will be coming with gameed it was just Greek yogurt with a twits , And no one check on me if the food is good anything wrong what so ever , and when I went to pay again no one ask how is everything and how is the food thy just took the payment while talking to other ppl , for some one used to be a manager in hospitality for 10 years in fine dinning this is disappointing and I will never come back but it’s sad how Arabic restaurants lost their roots of hospitality when hospitality comes from us wish them all the best , the venue looks nice but that’s all to it I could have stayed longer and spend more but felt like am...

Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Discrimination

I recently visited this restaurant with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience was highly disappointing. The service was unwelcoming, and the staff did not treat non-Lebanese guests with the same level of hospitality.

Despite spending nearly $300, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. The hookah, especially the Double Apple flavor, lacked any real taste, yet was overpriced at $50. Additionally, the service was subpar—when we requested tissues, we were given only two or three for a table of seven. The table was also not properly set, lacking sufficient spoons and forks for our group.

A restaurant should prioritize customer satisfaction and treat all guests with respect, regardless of their background. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both their service standards and their approach to...

We had a delicious meal here, nice salad and tender and tasty kebabs.

However despite being a "Restaurant and Bar" we couldn't a beer or wine. The waitress said you sometimes could and sometimes couldn't and she would go and find out. She never reported back!!

When we came to pay the bill we couldn't split it. The server seemed to offer me the option of paying for the dishes I ordered but then baulked at that and said someone had to pay the whole bill as a single transaction. She said many customers had complained about that. I said, really? You want 1 star reviews just because the till can't split a bill l when every other till in the city can?
