1. You are imposed a card surcharge without notice or advice. While I am not opposed in general. Charging up to 3 times the average cost of 0 5% for a transaction and having a flat fee is excessive. Additionally you are paying a premium in the airport and if your staff as appearance suggests are only on a minimum wage passing this cost on is unnecessary.
2. The coffee was thermo nuclear, milk burnt. You were busy and churning out loads but again you don't need to forgo quality. I have over a decade of experience in destination cafes so can speak for experience here
3. I asked for and was charge for and extra shot ($1.10) if my coffee had an extra shot then ordinarily there would be non! It was at best case scenario and extremely short ristretto.

In summary your probably better off going to the maccas at least there you know what...

Requested oat milk, lady wrote almond, said she would fix it...made coffee with almond still. Brought 2 egg and bacon's burgers requested NO avocado still got avo ignored that....except both were stone cold in the middle. Told them they said sure will warm up again...got them back still Stone cold in the inside. Just told them to leave it as we would miss our flight. Not worth the dollars nor service. Would NOT recommend only reason they get people is coz all other places are closed at 5.30am. (Only also went there as we had kids) Ps great response by owners. Maybe try fix the way you heat products up. Couple next to us also had issues but were in a hurry to...

The bacon and egg roll was the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted. I could only eat a couple of mouthfuls before throwing it out. What a waste of $12 The flavour combination doesn’t work at all. Brioche style bun, with a disgusting chunky tomato relish, a massive heap of lime infused avocado that has no seasoning (needs salt) bacon which also had no flavour and topped off with a dry fried egg.
