The coffee tastes amazing at this place. Food selection is limited due to the small venue, but that's expected.

Baked goods are fresh, I ordered a double espresso with an almond croissant. The baristas know what they're doing. Espresso shot wasn't sour or bitter, the crema was amazing and the coffee tasted sweet without needing any sugar. The almond croissant that accompanied my coffee was flaky, sweet and not overly caramelised which can sometimes happen from other venues. Staff informed me that they receive their baked goods along with their panini's from the main head quarters in Lygon Street.

Service is quick and the workers seem friendly.

Would recommend this place if you're looking for strong coffee and baked goods at a reasonable price, even if it has airport tax...

I don't like writing bad reviews, but the level of complete apathy and absence of any form of basic manners from the staff here is worth a mention.

The server, when they bothered to notice you, wouldn't take the airpods out of her ears, spoke whisper quietly and then became snarky when I couldn't understand her.

To top that off, the poor woman in front of me had to put up with the same server and a barista talking trash about her, in full earshot of both her and the rest of the queue. Regardless of your opinion of someone, it's completely unacceptable to do that, especially in such a brazen way.

I had a wonderful experience at Brunitti Café in Melbourne Airport. The ambiance was pleasant and relaxing, making it a perfect spot to unwind before my flight.
