Sushi Sushi Melbourne Airport T4 — Restaurant in Melbourne

This branch of Sushi Sushi is located in terminal 4 just after going through security. Normally I avoid Sushi Sushi chain as the rolls are on the smaller side. Also a previous bad experience left a sour (literal) taste in my mouth.

Decided to give the chain another shot and was pleasantly surprised. Service was very friendly and polite . Ordered the salmon roll. There was plenty of salmon which simply melted and was silky smooth. There was an excellent ratio between the salmon and rice and despite being small overall the rolls felt like good value. The sushi rice was perfectly cooked as well! Great quality considering it was from the airport!!

I arrived at your establishment at 6:02 AM on a Thursday, as your stated opening time is 6 AM. However, there was no food available on the front shelf. When I inquired with the staff, I was informed that you were open but not yet ready, and that it would take a few more minutes to prepare. I waited until 6:15 AM, but the food was still not ready.

It’s important for a business to have food available at the advertised opening time to avoid potential loss of revenue. If you are unable to have items prepared by 6 AM, I recommend adjusting your opening hours...

I attempted to Email you in regards to this but the email provided says ‘address not found’ I had woken up Friday morning with a bad case of food poisoning from your Melbourne Airport T4 store

I am not the only one who has gotten food poisoning from this store and I am super sick and frustrated about the circumstances, especially with this not being the first case.
