Cute little store in the corner of South Melbourne markets. Personally never really eaten much cannoli before, so, was quite interested to try. The cannoli looked very fresh and high quality with staff making them on the spot. Quite a big range of flavours which all look quite appealing, though, price point is a bit high for what it is ~$21 for 3.

Cannoli Blood orange: S+, 8.5/10. Definitely the best of the three. Sour/citrus flavour cuts through the heaviness of the cream well.

Hazelnut/coffee: A+, 7.5/10. Not bad but just ok in terms of intensity. Background cream is fairly dense.

Sicilian: A, 7/10. Again, cream is quite heavy and dense but not really that flavourful on its own.

Texture: A, 7/10. I guess this is probably authentic, but, the cannoli shell is quite thick and not flaky. Kinda matches the cream, but, together, it's almost a meal. Was expecting something more light and easy to...

The experience at this shop is terrible.

We have 6 ppl today, browsing around, 4 adults, 1 elderly and 1 child. Doing tasting while they do promotions outside the store; our grandma stood out and we would like her to try it; the girls inside said you need to buy after try, not just try to my wife. My wife talked to the golden-haired girl: This is not appropriate for customers.

The customer service we have is terrible, I hope they don’t treat anyone like us, hopefully not because we are Asian or Chinese.

Updates: reach out to their Marketing Team regarding the time and date we visited; they apologize and mentioned will retraining their staff.

Hopefully they will get better. I will keep the 1 start for the...

I can’t say enough good things about this place! The cannoli here are out of this world, crispy shells, perfectly sweet and creamy filling, and just the right touch of chocolate or pistachio, depending on your pick. You can really tell they’re made fresh with love.

On top of that, the staff is fantastic. Super friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, they made great recommendations and treated us like regulars even though it was our first visit. It’s one of those spots that instantly feels like home.

If you’re a cannoli lover (or even if you’ve never tried one before), this is the place to go. Trust me, you’ll be hooked...

I ordered a cannoli cake for my birthday and was disappointed with the sizes they offer serves 7 or 18. 7 would have been just not enough and 18 way too many and considering the price ($105!) it’s literally nothing more than a ribbon tied around cannoli. Given this they should throw in the chocolate plaque rather than charging a further $10. You can also only choose from the two standard flavours which seems odd considering they make it on the day and they are charging a premium over and above standard cannoli price. Not remotely value for money
