FaceTime in a long time back at the south Albert market, decided upon some lunch, and after all the options of available to us (including the obligatory dim Sim) decided upon Banh Mi.
I had the crispy pork. It was a solid example of the top. The braid was crunchy and fresh fluffy on the inside. The poor was well cooked well seasoned, and the crackling was perfectly crunchy. Good amount of sauce, but wasn’t overwhelming vegetables were fresh.
Decided to sit outside, which was definitely the right call. Beautiful Sunday mid morning. Serve straight out the side window.
