Not sure why the little man that works here is so rude. Noted other comments about it too. Popped in to grab an ice cream for the first time. Menu stated they sold ice cream and then had a dairy free section. I assumed it was dairy free ice cream, as many boutique ice cream places offer dairy free flavours now. I got cookies and cream and strawberry. Once the girl at the counter scooped my flavours I realised the strawberry was sorbet. It didnât say sorbet on the sign. I really donât like sorbet and it didnât go with my other flavour. I kindly said âsorry I didnât realise it was sorbet, the sign didnât say it wasâ. I asked if it was possible to change and the little man (who I presume is the owner) said âyeah absolutely notâ in the rudest voice. So I then paid $9 for a sorbet cone I didnât want. Went outside and put the sorbet in a bin.
How hard would it have been to just make a new cone knowing your own signage didnât provide the correct information? At the end of the day itâs just an ice cream, but that is your entire business and there is absolutely no need to be rude to people! In business you should take accountability for your own mistakes. Change your signage with more information and donât be so disrespectful to people. Ice cream was fine, certainly not good enough for him to...
Read moreI've been going to Little Sky regularly for close to a year - yes even during winter! I usually get their strawberry and vanilla, which is an unbeatable combo. Their rum and raisin which isn't always on the menu, is spectacular and my partner and I argue over who gets to eat the final scoops. I also don't usually comment on the interior decor of a store when leaving a review, but their store is just beautiful, you must visit it and see it for yourself! Currently, Little Sky Gelato is my favourite gelato store in Melbourne, i'm incredibly lucky that it's a short after dinner waddle from home. I 100% recommend...
Read moreâââââ Little Sky Gelato is an absolute gem! The gelato is out of this world â so smooth, rich, and full of flavour. I had the chocolate (10/10), and my friends tried the sticky date (delicious!) and the lemon meringue, which was such a hit sheâs already planning a return trip just for that one. We had the pleasure of chatting with Max, who was so lovely and genuinely humble about the incredible creations they serve. You can tell thereâs real passion behind every scoop. The fit-out is gorgeous too â stylish, welcoming! Would be perfect for a little ice cream rave vibe in summer. Canât wait...
