Crust Pizza Brighton VIC — Restaurant in Melbourne

I came here for my partners birthday and it was a beautiful experience! The dining space is through a hallway painted with decorations and coming into the space felt magical. Very romantic! Only thing I'd change is opting for warmer lighting in the dining area.

I ordered the linguine carbonara and it was delicious, the sauce was creamy and luscious without being heavy. Mushrooms, Bacon, Spinach and Onions provided textural interest. A delightful experience and a generous portion! Great value!! Only thing I'd add is a crunchy texture, perhaps toasted pine nuts.

My partner ordered the margarita pizza, he commented on the woodfire pizza taste and texture. The balance of flavour and perfect balance of it all, simple and excellently done.

I got the tropical cruise mocktail and it was delightful! Sweet and tangy fruit juice with the creamy and delicate coconut flavour to compliment.

Who knew that tucked away behind this take away pizza shop is a beautiful hidden courtyard dining area with a fantastic bar that has a HUGE drinks list. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by friendly staff ready to make your visit truly special. I was honestly so impressed with the cocktails as they were not only gorgeous, but tasted delicious too. I loved the theatrics of the smoky negroni drink too! In terms of food, we tried both the classic Margherita and more gourmet pizza options like Truffle Beef and Garlic Prawn pizzas. Which, if I'm going to pay for premium pizza, you might as well go all out and ask for the truffle and seafood! Yesterday Crust Brighton opened its doors with a brand new additional dinning space. 
The interior was elegant and the tranquillity of the restaurant was mind-boggling. The food was super delicious and very well presented. Though every dish we ordered was cooked to perfection but the two dishes that require a special mention are the “bbq chicken wings & Pesto Pasta” these dishes were the star dishes for me. The place has the best cocktail and mocktail menu.

Moreover, I am impressed with the politeness and the prompt service of their staff. The background lighting was superb and the music selection was amazing, adding more to the ambience of the restaurant. We were very impressed with the overall experience.
