“Disappointing Customer Service”

We visited the restaurant for dinner, excited to try the food, but unfortunately, the service left a bad impression. From the moment we walked in, no one greeted us—not even a simple “hello.” It felt unwelcoming, and we weren’t sure if we should seat ourselves or wait for assistance. We felt so bad we had to leave the place.While the food may have been good, the lack of basic courtesy really affected our experience. A warm greeting and a little attentiveness go a long way in making customers feel valued. I hope the management takes this into account for better customer service in the future.
