Extremely Disappointed with Service – Domino’s Maribyrnong

I am very disappointed with my recent experience ordering from Domino’s in Maribyrnong. I placed an order for one large pizza (The Lot), a garlic bread, and a portion of chips. Around 40 minutes later, a delivery driver arrived at my door with five large pizzas and two drinks – completely different from what I had ordered.

I immediately informed the driver of the mistake and contacted the store. I was told that they would send the correct order straight away and that it would arrive within 30 minutes. However, after waiting for 50 minutes, I called again to follow up, only to be told that the driver had the order and it was “on the way”.

I waited an additional 30 minutes with no delivery and no answer from the store when I tried to call again. Frustrated and hungry, I gave up and ordered food from elsewhere, which arrived within 40 minutes.

Almost two hours later, I stepped outside to get something from my car and found the pizza boxes had been left on the ground outside my door – no knock, no ring of the doorbell, no message or notification. On top of that, the portion of chips in the box was shockingly small, as if someone had eaten half of it.

This experience was unacceptable on every level – from the incorrect order and broken promises to the extremely poor communication and disrespectful delivery method. I will never order from this store again. It was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely...

My Husband was in the store at approximately 10:50pm on Sunday night. He witnessed a staff member drop an order of Cheesy garlic bread onto the floor, the staff member then proceeded to put it on the tray and when putting together the next order boxed it and then served it to the customer. My husband was absolutely appalled and asked the staff member what he did with the Chessy garlic bread he had dropped on the floor earlier to which the staff member replied that he threw it in the bin, When my husband then confronted him and said no you didn’t I just watched you box it and give it to the customer the staff member then ignored him and walked a way behind the door where he couldn’t been seen. My husband then asked another Staff member if he was the manager to which that staff member replied by shrugging his shoulders and ignoring him as well. He then heard the two staff members he had just spoken too proceeded to speak in their language about the incident as my husband heard them mention certain words in English. Obviously food handling isn’t a priority in this store as he also witnessed the delivery drivers coming straight off their scooters walking into the store and handling the food, then let’s not even get into the quality of the food served. OHS!! WHAT OHS??!! If I was told your staff have completed any training what so ever in customer service. I call BULLSHIT!!! Rude and disrespectful staff with zero consideration for the tenants who live above the shops. Often hanging outside in groups loudly communicating in their native, smoking and littering. Staff spending an hr on their phones andnd aprons being worn and sometimes even the gloves, which they have no problem using the floor, in front of their own shop to dispose off. Drivers hoping out car park, parking vehicles where ever they like. Staff orders being delivered by staff in a non refrigerated vehicle. TEMP CHECK NEVER ACTIONED!!! Music being loudly played. Using the car park as a meet up at all hrs of the morning!!! When asked if they didn't mind taking it somewhere else, I was abused!! Worst place and staff I have ever incounted!!!!
