I'm hapoy to addthis restaurant to my list of favourite restaurants, because I was so impressed with my order the other day! That's how good Vietnamese food should be. Detailed review below.

I ordered Chicken Pho (extra, $21.50) via Hungry Panda. There was an offer going on, and it seemed the best opportunity. The food was delivered fairly quickly, and came with a bowl of noodles and meat, a cardboard cup with the heavenly soup, a small container with chilli sauce amd cutlery. I was hungry, but I made a point to take a sip of the soup, and I was on cloud nine! It was perfect. I added the entire soup to the noodles, the sauce, mixed them thoroughly, squeezed the fresh lemon that came with it, mixed them all and there it was, a bowl of happiness and perfection, waiting to be devoured.

The noodles were great, the fried chicken was very good, and the amazing soup elevated all the flavours. It had a been a long time simce I enjoyed a pho this much. I wish it lasted longer, because I finished the bowl before I realised it!

I really liked the simplicity of the dish, yet so rich in flavours. The next time, I'm going to visit this store.

Must-Try Vietnamese Eats!

I stumbled across this little Vietnamese eatery in the city and was honestly blown away. They serve a variety of dishes – from bánh mì and gỏi cuốn to phở, fried rice, and even Vietnamese coffee.

I tried the crispy pork bánh mì, the fresh spring rolls (gỏi cuốn), and grilled chicken fried rice – and every single dish was spot on. The bánh mì had that perfect crunch on the outside with juicy, flavorful pork inside. The spring rolls were super fresh, packed with herbs and served with a tasty dipping sauce. And the fried rice? Fragrant, well-seasoned, and that grilled chicken on top was just chef’s kiss.

What I really appreciated was the quality of ingredients and the balance of flavors. You can tell they put care into what they make. It's not just about filling you up – it’s about making sure you enjoy every bite.

If you're in the area and craving authentic, delicious Vietnamese food, do yourself a favor and check this place out....

Ben a man with a big heart, lovely welcoming smile, hospitable and on the other hand, Anna a woman with high energy and a focused chef who makes sure food serves with amazing flavours as authentic as you can get.

Lovely cafe with lots of potential to be one of the best in Carlton, Melbourne.

Kudos to the lovely couple doing everything right and sharing happiness by serving best Vietnamese food with love.
