1st visit though my family goes there every now and then. without a shadow of doubt best place in Melbourne for your snack needs. they have good variety from gol gappe dahi bhalle papri chaat etc to ice creams juices milkshakes and variety of kulfi falooda

we tried Gol Gappe the presentation was amazing. gol gappe were filled with some different sauces to give you an amazing journey of taste

Dahi Bhalle very fresh and tender and they were not dry from inside. again serving size was very generous as compared to its price.

Rabri Falooda with Kulfi same like Lahore. it's hard to get this falooda as places serve peshawar style falooda which is totally different to Rabri Falooda with kulfi so yes 10/10 for taste presentation and its price

Karak Chai Tea was Fantastic served in Kulhar(clay cup). to give you real taste

ice creams and shakes were good as they are normally.

overall a must place to visit. prices are reasonable compared to taste quantity and presentation.

staff is very welcoming accommodating and hospitable. the owner himself looks after everyone and tries his best to give the best. this is why the staff is good

Yesterday we drove all the way to Carlton from Point cook to have kulfi . We reached there around 4:38 pm and kill some time in the car until the shop opened. Exactly at 5 pm I got out and walked to the shop but it was all dark inside and no sign of any activity . I called at the number given on the shop details. No answer . I came back and waited until someone showed up. There were couple of other people walking around the shop too . Then in 5 minutes I saw a lady who just crossed the road and was opening the shop door . I quickly got out of the car and went inside. She welcomed me with a smile and just in a moment all the pain of driving and waiting quickly vanished. She was setting up the counter and asked me what I was after . I ordered 5 kulfi . She asked for 5-10 minutes to wait so she can do her initial tasks before all the customers come in . I sit there and kept on chatting with her. Suddenly I realised how brave and competent she is to start a late shift independently by herself . She wasn’t annoyed, reluctant or nervous for being late , or being alone at the counter as many customers were coming in after me . Bad quality food made worse by below average customer service.

We ordered kulfi rabri falooda through delivery and whereas I understand that frozen desserts aren’t the same when ordered through delivery as opposed to when had at the venue, we have received gelatos and ice creams that are packed well are still solid and in that anticipation, we thought they would deliver our desserts in an acceptable quality, what we got instead was dessert in a completely liquefied stage packed in a standard 500ml takeaway container so understandably we were disappointed at this stage, when we called the establishment to give the feedback the lady on the call made us feel stupid for not knowing about the packaging and the product, she didn’t show we any concern for our bad experience, she managed to make us feel silly for ordering through them.
