Worst customer service, Specially the manager Who was working on Friday I.e. Lovepreet or whatever the persons name is. Rude behaviour, blaming customer and providing false email id.
I said the manager that my last order was not complete, and me started blaming me and asked me for pictures, I said I don't have it but u can check the cameras, and i have also left feedback on hungry jacks app. He said that I am lying and it's impossible for them to make mistakes. He started behaving rudely. I explained him that I have order number, he said send it to store email id and then they will contact me. I confirmed with him about his email id, he said its correct. I placed my order (no 750 and 751) for that day I.e. 20/8/2021. Took my order n left. While I was leaving he was passing comments and laughing. I went back again after 2 mins and said that i have sent the info to store emial. The person was arrogant, rude,(di* head, Sc* bag), worst than covid virus, has zero concerns about customer services and bad attitude n was busy impressing other female staff over there. (Check the cameras hungry jacks) I felt it's better to contact the store later. Next day I came to know he provided me false email id.

Read moreWhere do I even start? First of all the person serving me was so rude. I asked if a thickshake in a meal costs extra he replied with no. Then after I was charged I found out it does cost extra. I asked for a caramel sundae and he gave me a chocolate one? When I opened the Sunday the ice cream was all over the lid amd had like dust and dirt or hair in it (black specs) 🤢 then I asked a staff member walking past me if she could please get me a sweet and sour sauce so I didn’t have to leave my stuff unattended, I was carrying a suitcase ect. even though I payed for it the sauce, they didn’t put it in the bag? Then she replied yeah u can go get it, and I just repeated my question to her and she like yeah u go get it and I’ll watch ur stuff. Horrible customer service. Then opening my burger it’s got sauce everywhere. And as I’m eating the burger I saw a baby cockroache walk past!! (I took a photo but am unsure how to post it) Then the same team member picks up my bag! And sweeps under it and it between my feet. I’m like excuse me, do u mind waiting? Read moreI am homeless but a human. On 7th Feb 2023 Tuesday they were extra busy and had 40mins wait. One customer was delivered order and he refused to take it as it was cold. After few complaints by the customers the staff decided to make new for him. I approached the staff in my turn and asked if i can have that cold one instead for cheaper which they for now had put aside on top of freezer. Without naming name, the staff member hesitated to check with her manager and instead proceeded to ignore my question and started taking orders from those behind me. More time i waited so i don't interrupt. In the meantime the manger asked staff to clear the bin and placed that fully wrapped and perfect food on top of already full bin, i immediately asked the manager directly if i can have it for lesser price so he said can't give from bin. I felt terrible and stayed hungry. To clarify, Yes I offered to pay less for that guys cold order before it was in bin. The staff member should have treated me like a regular customer and asked about my enquiry from her manager when it was my turn to order and not ignored me.
