KFC Chadstone Mall — Restaurant in Melbourne

Kfc chadstone shopping centre is hands down a miserable excuse for an outlet. It was a busy day and I was hungry for a snack to tie me over til dinner time. I was at the center in the food court and there it was KFC! Instantly I remembered everytime KFC satisfied my taste buds and made my tummy happy! But not this day, today is the day satan arose from the depths of the grotty compost bin. I ordered the 6.95 tender combo, the bun was like biting into concrete, un-chewable, the lettuce looked like a dag hanging from a sheeps bum and the chicken was more oil logged than a oil refinery! I took this disarster of a burger back to the counter and asked them if the lettuce was fresh, the young naive boy informed me he doesn't know what fresh lettuce looked like. Words were exchanged as well as burgers. The new burger still was below par only sitting in at 2 out of 5. I'm sorry KFC, but for the first time in my life I have experienced disappointment...

Food was decent however the mod was very unfriendly when I showed a screenshot of my ges code. She claimed that I was unable to use the code unless it was made with a new order but my order was a new one and she said that it has to be more than 4.95 which it was. I ordered a giant snack pack and a maxi popcorn. She then claimed that it has to be an order made over the till which has not ever been an issue at any kfcs I've been to and also has not been an issue in the one I work at. Her attitude is really bad and seemed like she just wanted to get rid of me. Did not get to see the name but here is what she looks like. If she is on shift do yourself a favour and not go there. When a food outlet is repeatedly and without exception always putting out terrible food, you need to question what on earth the managers are doing about it. When I get take away food. KFC is my preferred choice but each and every time without exception, Chadstone has been the worst EVER. yesterday I bought my usual wings and they were cooked in burnt oil that tasted like it had not been changed at all for ages. It truly felt like I was eating something toxic to my body. Every meal I've bought here so far has been thrown out. Please. Someone train the cooking staff. Please someone do it now.
